Amber Johnson is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Master’s of Social Work. She has been utilizing evidence-based interventions to provide support to clients for over five years, and primarily uses strengths-based perspectives and person-in-environment theory. She is a trained provider of perinatal mental healthcare and a member of Postpartum Support International. She also has background in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, individuals who have experienced trauma, people experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as neurodivergence.
Amber primarily provides services through Telehealth, via a secure, confidential platform, and meets her clients where they are to allow authentic, meaningful growth. She believes in a holistic approach, bringing together care for the mind, body, and spirit to promote overall wellness.
