Dawn holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Spring Arbor University and has been practicing since 2015. She completed a Fellowship/Externship with the Department of Corrections, gaining valuable experience across diverse settings. In 2014, she received the GRAHEN Outstanding Adult Learner Award and served as the Commencement Student Reflection Speaker.
A dedicated member of the National Association of Social Workers since 2014, Dawn has over seven years of experience working in Hospice, where she supported patients and their families through the end-of-life process, with a strong emphasis on quality of life.
Dawn is committed to meeting individuals where they are, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for those seeking education, support, and tools for personal growth and healing. She is passionate about helping clients navigate grief, establish healthy boundaries, and address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bullying, and social disorders. In her personal time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and actively contributes to local non-profits, reinforcing her commitment to giving back to the community.
